I was just gifted this game and as a hardcore WoW fan, after "Daughter of the Sea" released I KNEW I needed more songs from Laura, so I started playing the moment I could. What a gorgeous performance, through and through. This is going on repeat! Ashley's voice is captivating as well, I didn't expect them to sound so nice together!

I would literally watch hours of recordings for this game it is brilliant and I am obsessed with the behind the scenes

Jerry is MY favourite and MY great composer of all times. Love his style, that famous Goldsmith-Style that we miss so much from his dead in 2004. Missed Jerry, but i have all his soundtracks (collecting from 1993).

I would love to try writing aleatoric music like this; but am put off, because I have no idea how to make a mock-up! I wonder is there an easy way to simulate the behaviour of aleatoric boxes?

This is my favorite moment in the entire game and the soundtrack is part of that. Whales are my favorite type of animal in the entire world and combine majesty, gentleness, and intelligence in one big beautiful package that I think the music and game moment give great honor to. They have been shown to rescue people, avoid hitting them in the water with surprising control and caution not to needlessly kill another living being, have some of the most complex language systems in the animal kingdom, and I'll never stop thinking about that pod of sperm whales that adopted a dolphin with a severely deformed spine.

51:29 Is there an electronic version of this part and this piece? I very vividly remember there was like an electric guitar/electric bass that played this part, namely during 4-1 Breach's synth room part, 5-2 Approach's final battle, and Horde Mode Terminal Containment. The electric version of this part is by far my favorite part of the soundtrack, but I can't seem to locate it in this video.

One of the best art pieces the medium was able to produce, a true synergy between gameplay and music, hope we'll see more of that!

The Pathless has been an absolutely fantastic game in my experience of currently playing it, with some of the best boss fight music I've ever heard, honestly it feels underrated compared to Journey and Abzu when it's been such a gem.

Absolutely beautiful. I still remember experiencing this moment for the first time and how wonderful it was. I think this might be one of my favorite compositions ever.

"The ending credits have many variations based on choices made throughout the game" WHAT?!?!?! I guess I have to go back and replay all my endings again...

Just seeing the title, no wonder this song hits the HARDEST it's so haunting. One of my favorite tracks in the game. From the strings, to the haunting, lingering vocals... To even the visuals of the lighthouse. It's all so beautiful. This one and Time To Go are some of the most impactful in the game 💙💙💙

The banner saga is one of my favourite games, and its incredible soundtrack is a big reason why. It complemented the game's story and setting really well. Hearing "Of Our Bones, The Hills" for the first time in that final battle was amazing :D

Amazing that seriously composed music is intended to strengthen the play and even to guide the game's protagonist, the Last Hunter. Not being a gamester i wonder if this is a new breakthrough in gaming. I will try this game for myself. The last game i tried was called Nanosaur. I hope there is a short musical arc for the Last Hunter's sidekick, the eagle.
